Where can I access my previous orders and downloads?

You can download all your previous order on you account page,and all the downloads can be found at downloads option or order page.

How can I get the invoice for my purchase?

Invoice will not be sent to your E-mail box automatically. You need download it from “Orders” section on your account page.

What formats are included?

All products offer FBX(*.fbx) and 3Ds max(*.max) format. 3Ds max files support Corona and VRay renderers.And some of the products include more format,like sketchup and other format,please see our description.

How can i get files after purchase?

After purchased, you will be redirected to download page. Or you can download from “Downloads” section on the right side of our main menu after login.

Can I get refund after purchased?

Purchased products are non-refundable unless specifically stated:

• You do not download any file after purchase, we can refund you directly.
• You can’t use our product under specific software/plugin environment also we can’t solve this.
